Hi, I’m Garrett. I’m your Washington real estate expert.
Working with clients to shape top-dollar deals is one of my favorite ways to spend time.
Before founding Guidance Real Estate, I served as Director of Operations for one of Washington’s most active and far-reaching investment firms. Leading the Foreclosure and Lending & Finance Divisions sharpened my ability to think strategically and solve complex problems, often requiring creative, outside-the-box approaches.
I later transitioned into real estate sales with the same firm, becoming a top-producing agent and gaining firsthand experience navigating transactions from every angle.
Today, I work primarily with homeowners across Washington State, serving clients at all price points. Clients and colleagues often describe me as a strong communicator, trustworthy, organized, kind, and deeply hardworking.
I’m genuinely good with people, and I bring a unique perspective and proven expertise to every transaction. I stay closely attuned to the fast-moving real estate market, dedicating the time and energy needed to ensure my clients are always optimally positioned for successful outcomes.
Outside of real estate, you might find me lifting weights, cooking, and spending time with great friends and family.
